Subscription Terms

This English version is provided for user convenience. In case of discrepancies in interpretation, the Russian version shall prevail as the legally binding version.

Effective date: July 1, 2026

1. General Provisions

These Subscription Terms govern the procedure for subscribing, renewal, modification, and termination of paid access to Ansenio service features.

2. Plans

The following plans may be available in the service:

- Insight — 5,700 ₸;

- Insight+ — 8,500 ₸.

3. Subscription

The subscription is voluntarily made by the User by selecting a plan and paying through an available payment method.

4. Duration

The subscription duration is indicated in the service interface upon purchase.

5. Automatic Renewal

If automatic renewal is enabled for the selected payment method and plan, the subscription may be automatically renewed for the next paid period.

6. Cancellation

The User may cancel the subscription at any time through their account, the subscription management interface, or by contacting support at strutynski.y@gmail.com.

7. Price Changes

The Company reserves the right to change plan prices.

8. Payment Errors

If the payment was not processed, was rejected, or was cancelled by the payment provider, access to paid features may not be provided or may be suspended.
